Serving Leadership for Students

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recall the 4 key areas of serving leadership.
  • Distinguish the difference between ‘service’ and ‘serve us’
  • Integrate selfless service into personal leadership style.

Leadership Solutions: Getting students engaged on campus who might not otherwise participate in activities, programs, or leadership opportunities. Creating life-long serving leaders who will make a difference in the world!

Your students will be excited to get involved in community service, develop their leadership skills, and understand the importance of putting the team first as a leader. This session will share important qualities of serving leadership that can be translated into being an officer. These qualities are grouped into four key areas: Dignity of the Individual, Sacrifice and Integrity, Recognition, and Responsible Stewardship.

Available as a keynote, workshop, or part of a full officer training.
